The Property
Known as "the island on the mainland" Trinity Beach Palace sets the standards for beach front property. The grounds contain a selection of Queensland's most beautiful tropical plantings; all carefully selected to provide an amazing fusion of year-round colour. Natural rock cascades, palm trees and large lawns complete the picture.
Set on approximately 10,000 sqm (2 1/2 acres) of park-like, tropical landscaped grounds with a 130m of beach frontage, this property is of an exceptional international standard. From the moment you enter the austere "palace gates" you can sense that this is a special place; a place that only a privileged few will ever get to experience.
The property provides over night accommodation for up to 6 couples in luxury and style connected by expansive living and entertainment areas.

The house also includes a generous entrance, large main lounge area, casual and formal dining, library/study, late night safari den or second lounge, open plan entertainment kitchen, games and entertainment area with large TV, Bose surround sound and X- Box, as well as a separate desk with designated PC. There is also a Bose professional club sound system for high quality music. The entire accommodation is fully air-conditioned.
There is a large adjoining swimming pool complex with a 50sqm natural ozone swimming pool, which is climate-controlled to a year round temperature of 32 degrees celsius. This also contains an African style bathhouse at one end. Choose from a number of outdoor sun and shade areas as well as an extensive selection of outdoor furniture; including hammocks, day beds and recliners. A dedicated undercover barbecue area is within close proximity to the eating area.
Direct beach access, the outdoor shower and an elevated sun-bathing platform sitting on the front lawn boundary directly overlooking the beach all ensure you can spend plenty of time soaking up Queensland's fabulous tropical climate. There is also a small meditation house with a double hammock overlooking the entire property and directly on to the beach.
If you are feeling energetic, make use of our private games arena: a dedicated sports lawn with a large selection of equipment for volleyball, soccer, rugby, baseball, cricket and other sports.
The exterior styling can best be described as 70's Pacific: large roof areas with covered decks and lots of glass, enhancing views and light. Low slung roof overhangs with covered breezeways maximise Far North Queensland's exceptional tropical climate. The use of quartz stone pillars both inside and outside the house is a unique recurring feature.
The interior styling is best described as "African Chic" which is essentially rich London townhouse meets "out of Africa". The mixture of vibrant English and Italian fabrics, gold gilded furniture, and beautiful hand-selected tribal African and international pieces form a truly unique and exotic interior.
Each suite or room is lavishly decorated; dressings include rich English velvet, sensual silk and hand screen printed fabrics with gold woven coverings. The furniture is a combination of regal classic-chic arm chairs and settees as well as soft leather and velvet couches. Hand-made rugs, each individually designed to reflect modern tribal designs, complete the picture. The interior is exotic and will be appreciated by those who desire not only a sense of luxury, but a sense of adventure.

Trinity Beach Palace is located 15 minutes north of Cairns international airport in tropical Far North Queensland. The beach is regarded by many as the very best in this region. The property is located in a secluded part of Trinity Beach. Yet, it is an easy walk to some excellent local bars and restaurants.
There are many regional attractions in the Cairns area. From Trinity Beach you can drive to Palm Cove or Port Douglas to sample the extensive range of culinary delights, or play golf on an international course only 10 minutes away. There are regular day trips from Cairns to the Great Barrier Reef, if you would like to explore this Australian national treasure, or you can simply stay at the house and relax!

Trinity Beach Palace is available for holidays, business executive conferences, photographic shoots, weddings or other exclusive events.
The property will accommodate up to 12 people in 6 private couple retreats for overnight accommodation in luxury and style.
The average rate for the entire property is around AUD$4500* per night plus government tax of 10% (based on one weeks rental of $31,500).
If you intend to share the cost between 6 couples the average nightly rate per person is $375.00 + tax.
Rates for weekends or stays less than 7 nights as well as rates for business executive conferences, weddings or other functions are available upon request.

The hire rate includes the entire property and its in-built facilities. Included in the hire price is daily cleaning, linen, towels an a basic pantry of cooking ingredients. Newspapers and magazines are available on a daily basis. You also get the exclusive use of our manager who will arrange for you anything you need or want.
Some of our guests request additional services, such as a personal chef, others may bring their own chef, prefer to self cook in our gourmet kitchen, have an outdoor barbecue, or simply eat out at the excellent selection of local restaurants. We can also arrange in-house catering for diner parties, lunches, or whenever you would like.
We will stock the bar to your pre-ordered request and re-stock it during your stay if you wish. We will also ensure your grocery list is there upon your arrival and we can take care of any on-going grocery shopping requirements you may have.
Essentially, your stay is fully customisable.
